For a wedding abroad, it is ideal to choose a wedding location that serves as accommodation for all your guests and where the wedding ceremony, the meal and the wedding reception can take place at the same time. This way, you have your loved ones all around you and can also enjoy the day before and after the wedding together.

Costs: The costs of a location depend first and foremost on the number of guests. A wedding in an all-in-one wedding location is not necessarily the most expensive option, as the services can be bundled here and no extra catering, staff, decorations, furniture etc. have to be organized. There are also no transfer costs, as your wedding guests can go straight to bed after the ceremony. So that it doesn't get too expensive, you should include your guests in the accommodation costs. There are various elegant options here.

Have you always dreamed of getting married by the sea? Then let us rent a casual beach restaurant for you, where you can not only eat and celebrate, but also have a free wedding ceremony on the beach. As the beach is public, it cannot simply be used for private parties. However, if you celebrate in a restaurant with beachfront property, the dream of a beach wedding can still come true. The atmosphere on the beach at sunset is simply unique!

Please note that your guests will also need to book accommodation close to the location. We will be happy to assist you with this and with organizing a transfer between the location and the hotel.

Costs: Of course, your guests will cover the costs of their accommodation directly, so you only have to pay for the restaurant, music and wedding ceremony from the outset.

If you want to gather your guests around you and prefer a very private wedding celebration - possibly lasting several days - you can rent a finca. This is particularly recommended for smaller weddings with a maximum of 50 guests. In a finca, the wedding ceremony, meal and subsequent celebration can take place beautifully in the garden. However, the logistical effort here is higher than in a hotel, as furniture, catering, decoration and service staff, for example, have to be organized.

Please note that often only the closest circle of about 20 people can stay overnight directly in the finca.
Unless it is a very large finca that has been converted into a party location.

Costs: How high the costs are depends entirely on your wishes, e.g. with regard to catering and decoration.

What's more important than the weather when it comes to how beautiful a wedding was?

Of course, we all have no control over the weather, but you can significantly improve your chances of a sunshine wedding by flying to the warm south with your loved one. Dénia basks in the glow of an enviable climate: at least 300 days of sunshine and over 3000 hours of sunshine a year with an average annual temperature of 19 degrees.

So what could possibly go wrong here?

In the low season from September to June, venues are often available relatively spontaneously at good prices and not everything is concentrated in the months of June-September. As tourism and celebrations play an important role on the Spanish coast, there is also a large selection of great wedding venues.

Not forgetting the good taste of the Spanish. Everything they do, they do with love and style. You will notice this not only in the locations and decorations, but especially when the wedding food is served. For the same price as in Germany, you will be served an exquisite five-course menu. Here is a short report from our own wedding in Dénia:

We met up with some of our friends at the airport two days before the wedding and flew to Spain together. When we arrived in Dénia, we moved into a lovely resort with various apartments. Other guests preferred to find their own accommodation. The day before the wedding, we showed our guests around Dénia, went to the market together and went swimming in a beautiful bay. The evening before the wedding, we had a “pre-wedding party” with delicious tapas in the garden, as is customary in Spain. This was super practical so that all the guests could get to know each other and the atmosphere at the wedding was relaxed and loving. At the end of the 4 days together, there was a real family feeling between our friends, most of whom didn't even know each other beforehand. They even started a WhatsApp group so that we could all go on vacation together in Dénia again next year.

The cost of a wedding plays a crucial role for most couples when planning their wedding.
